NSP informs users in various events using Notifications. Users can get information on different event using Notifications via Email, mobile application Push Notifications. Events include such things as new ticket created, ticket assigned, ticket reopened, status change of ticket, etc. For different notifications you can set different recipients. The notification text is selected from a text defined in Text Templates.
