Configurations > Contract Management > Contract Types.
Here you can see a list of existing Contract types, default and custom, add a new one, or edit and delete custom Contract type.
Default Contract types are:
•Software license
•Subscription
•Lease
•Maintenance
Default Contract types cannot be deleted.
Each Contract type has two sets of properties, default properties are same for each type, and custom properties which can be different for each Contract Type.
List of default properties with descriptions of data, can find Default properties for all Contract types.
New Contract Type can be added by clicking on the Add Contract Type button. In new contract type form you can insert Name (required field) and Description (optional). After creating new Contract type, user can edit properties. Each contract types inherits all default contract properties and those properties cannot be deleted.
