Configurations > Manage > Agent Rate Types
Agent Rate Type enables to have different rates for the same agent in the same currency. The list shows all Agent Rate Types default and custom existing in database.
Just above the list is button Add Agent Rate Type and by clicking that you can create new Agent Rate Type. The opened form offers possibility of defining rate details, so you have to input Name (required field) and Description.
This list will also be used for editing or deleting existing Agent Rate Types.
Agent rate name is unique, so you cannot add more agent rate types with the same name.
Note: Default Agent Rate Types cannot be edited or deleted.
Following is the list of default Agent Rate Types:
•Standard
•Overtime
•Urgent
•Weekend
Searching, sorting, filtering and paging functions are similar to other lists in NSP, see section General User Interface.
