Four options are provided here to define settings for chat:
•Enable chat?: By enabling this setting, you can accept chat requests and make conversation with End Users.
•Message: Begin session: Using this field, you can enable and define the message to be displayed to End User when you accept chat request.
•Message: Agent leaves: Enable and define the message to be displayed when you leave the session. End User gets the notification on the chat screen when you leave chat session.
•Message: End User leaves: Enable and define the message to be displayed when End User leaves the session. You get the notification on the chat screen when End User leaves the chat session.
