Copy to forum

When ticket detail page is loaded an option to copy comments to Forum is provided. Click Copy to Forum () button displayed beside Knowledge base search box. This will enable checkboxes in each of the comment in ticket comments section. Select one or more comments from the list and click Copy to Forum button available at the bottom of the screen. A Copy to Forum form is opened with Title and Text information already filled from ticket Subject and selected Comments. Enter and change details in the form and then click Save button to add the topic to Forum.
