When you click Wall Posts or Private Messages tab, you will see the ticket list generated through Wall Posts or Private Messages respectively.
The ticket list has columns: Subject, To, From and Actions button Reply, which is used to send reply for the Facebook ticket either on the Facebook page wall or private message.
Functionality for search, sort, filter and paging are similar to other lists, see section General User Interface.
