In you have lost the password for your user, you can renew it by using the link I forgot my password. You find the link at the bottom of the login page. Enter your User Name (Email Address) and domain URL to the NSP site. If the email address is valid in the NSP system a password reset link will be sent to that email address. You reset the password using the link and log in again with new password.
