At the bottom of the login page there is a link used to register a new user (I want to register). The link opens a registration form, where you enter all necessary data. Application validates the data and registers the user if it is correct. The new user will be registered as an End User in the system. If the user shall be an Agent, an administrator has to change the the user type in NSP web interface.
