Map view displays tickets on Map. List View button is used to close map view and go back to view tickets list.
Navigation control is available in map. You can navigate top, bottom, right and left side in the map by clicking the respective icon.
Zoom in-out slider is also displayed in map for zoom in and out in the map.
Markers on the map display tickets count. Size of the marker is based on the count of tickets. Mouse over a marker displays a list of tickets located at the particular location in a popup. If a single ticket is located at a particular location then mouse over the marker displays ticket subject link, status and profile image of requester and ticket creation date in the popup. You can click any ticket in the list or ticket subject link to open its detail view.
