You can do the configuration related to person using this option. Define the format for displaying users in lists as well as in dropdown lists wherever they are referred in NSP.
This option contains configurations for two types of formats - Full Name Format for displaying users in list and End User Name Format for displaying users in dropdown lists.
Full Name Format: Two fields are provided in this section: Dropdown List to select the tag and multiline textbox to view and modify the format. You need to select the appropriate tag from the available tags – First Name and Last Name. As soon as you select the tag, it is displayed in the multiline text box. You can also modify the format by changing the text in the textbox.
End User Name Format: This section contains checkbox to enable and define the format which is used to display users in the dropdown list wherever they are referred in NSP. As soon as you check this checkbox, multiline textbox is filled with the tags defined in the Full Name Format and Email Address tag. You can modify the format by changing the text in the textbox.
