Ticket Detail
The Ticket Detail view (Edit Mode) is divided into three sections:
1. Main properties, contains basic data about the ticket, the requester and the requester´s organization. See Main properties.
2. Description of the ticket with comments made on it and tabs containing other data and references to the ticket. See Ticket Description.
3. Topic and ticket search field and search result. See Knowledge base and Ticket Search.
