The list contains all defined Ticket Subtypes for the selected entity. Ticket Subtypes are functional names of entity forms. Using Ticket Subtype Configuration, you can configure and manage various subtypes for the entities, for example, Incident and Security Incident Ticket Subtypes for an Incident. You can edit, delete, activate/deactivate and add subtypes.
