Email channel in NSP let you setup email accounts as support channels. Emails sent to NSP normally become tickets. You can set up the email account using different email service providers supported by NSP like Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, Yahoo or Custom (POP or IMAP).
