SLA - Thresholds

Thresholds are used when you set up a SLA Conditions and Waypoints. Divide the threshold into (time percentage) chunks (level). For each level you define what SLA warning color to show in the Ticket lists. The color can change depending on how close to the waypoint you are getting. In threshold you also define for which level you should send notifications. Thresholds are then applied on thresholds in SLA Conditions.
