Event Triggers are business rules to execute several actions in certain predefined circumstances. However, Event triggers unlike Scheduled Triggers will run as soon as ticket is created or updated and it will run every time even though it has been executed for a ticket before. It also contains conditions and actions. Conditions are rules which can be matched against the properties of the ticket and actions are executed when the defined conditions are matched with the properties.
