Self Service Configuration

Self Service Configuration contains various configuration options for Self Service portal. The options here are:

Tickets

Hide column Assigned: Check this box if you don´t want the End Users to see the names of the assignees in My Tickets list on SSP. The Assignee column is not displayed in the list and the Assignee field is not displayed in ticket form.

 

Group Configuration

Here you can define to which NSP Group a ticket created in Self Service Portal should be assigned. Select group from the dropdowns. There is one dropdown for each Ticket Type available for End Users. Available Ticket Types is defined in Entity Editor.
