Chat Settings

Four options are provided here to define settings for chat:

      Enable chat?: By enabling this setting, you can accept chat requests and make conversation with End Users.

      Message: Begin session: Using this field, you can enable and define the message to be displayed to chat partner when you accept chat request.

      Message: Agent leaves: Enable and define the message to be displayed when you leave the session. Chat partner gets the notification on the chat screen when you leave chat session.

      Message: End User leaves: In the current NSP version this setting has now use.
