If the system loses contact with Facebook, the integration
that create Tickets from posts and messages will not work. If this has happened
this will show it will show on the setting page for Facebook channel in the Sync
status column:

Do the following in order to try to fix the problem. The suggestions are listed in priority order. If one does not work, try the next:
1. Hold the mouse over the Sync status symbol and see if the error message shown in the tooltip can give any guidance on what has gone wrong.
2. Open the settings window (Edit) and make an unimportant change, such as the Sync interval. Save.
3. Choose the function drop-down menu option “Re-Authenticate”.
4. Delete the channel (drop-down menu) and install it again. You will not lose logged information.
