Mobile - Log In

Login is the first page shown when you start the application for the first time. You can login only if you are a defined user in the NSP system.

You login to Agents interface by supplying URL (e g servicedeskagent.nilex.com) to the NSP Agent Portal site you want to connect, Username (email address) and Password.

If User, Password or Agent Portal URL is not recognized by the application, an alert message will be displayed.

If login information is correct, the Mobile Home page page will be displayed.
