Single Sign-On (SSO)

Requirements needed in order for SSO to work:

      If SSO-function has not been enabled by the Administrator, you will not have the option for enabling / disabling SSO on your profile.

      In order for the SSO to function for a certain user, the user must be imported into NSP database as Windows Domain user using LDAP function.

      I If user is not a member of the Windows Domain, SSO will not allow him to log in

      User role is enabled for using SSO

Enable Single Sign-On: Mark the check box and next time you open NSP you are directly rerouted to the Agent portal without having to log in first.
