You can define tags for use in email templates using this option. You can define the fields like Header, Footer and System URL which can be used in email templates to include unique header, footer and System URL. These unique configurations can be used in all email templates to maintain an identical flow of the emails in the system.
A list of already defined Template Tags is displayed, Add and Edit functions are similar to other types. When you click Add new record button Create Template Tags form is displayed in a popup. You need to enter following values:
•Strong Name: Enter the unique name of the tag.
•Value: Enter value for the field. This value will be used as a replacement text for the field wherever it is referred as a tag in email template. You can preview the value by clicking the Preview button.
