Two types of Work Rates can be created:
• Work Rate for Per Hour charging consist of rates for one or more Work Rate Types
• Work Rate for Per Ticket charging consist of one rate for use as charging for each ticket.
Work Rates are linked into the charging workflow via a Charging plan.
