Configurations > Financial Management > Work Rate Types
Here you define the different types of hourly rates shall be in use. Rate types define different types for which different tariffs could be set up. For example is the hourly rate often different for office hours than for on call hours.
Default Work Rate Types in system are:
• Standard
• Weekend
• Urgent
• Overtime
When an Agent uses the Worklog form in a ticket where customer shall be charged for hourly work the worklog form has a dropdown where agent selects which Rate Type shall be used for the current work.
To define a Work Rate Type you enter Name and Description. Both are localized, translatable items.
In form there are action menu where you can activate/deactivate types and select which Work Rate Type shall be used as default/standard. Standard rate type is mandatory to set for each Work Rate.
In form there are functions for sort, filter, search, refresh and paging similar to other NSP functions, see General User Interface.
