Worklog Types

Worklogs are a way to register and possibly charge Agent work time that is put into solving the issue on a Ticket. In a worklog you store all information about the work, e g hourly rate, duration time, additional charges and discounts.

In this function you configure different types of worklogs that should be used in the system. All worklog types has a set of standard properties, Worklog Types can be added in a hierarchical structure with parent and sub types. The types inherits properties from parent types and you can specify own new properties.
