To add a new Role to the NSP, you have to use Add new record button (). When you click this button, Add Role form is displayed. This form contains three fields:
•Role Name: Enter name of the role you want to add.
•Role Description: Add description for the role that defines the overall functionality of the role.
•Level: Select level for the role. Each of the levels provided here has some basic permission associated with it. A dropdown list is available for this field contains values: Admin Level, Agent Level and End User Level. Based on the logged-in user’s level, levels under his level are displayed here.
After adding all the details, click Save button to add new role to the NSP.
