Views are used to list groups of tickets or tasks filtered in some matter. NSP provides an efficient way to manage grouping items using specific sets of criteria. A filtered lists grouped in this way is called a View. NSP provides a standard set of views. Besides of using those, you can also create your own views. In this function you can edit, set permissions, clone, activate, deactivate or delete the views.
