According to GDPR there is a duty to inform system users that personal data is stored and how it is used. For this purpose you can make an “agreement” with the user that he/she has to approve before being allowed to move on in the system. You can add agreements on different levels.
•General Agreement - when logging in. This agreement is mandatory and cannot be disabled.
•Enable form level agreement – before a dialog is shown. This can be useful for instance when a new account is registered. Optional.
•Enable field level agreement – when the field is mark for data input. For instance if a field for social security number is put on a form somewhere. Optional. If you choose this setting icons will be shown on Ticket fields that are set as personal.
Mark what levels you want to use and enter the texts here: Agent portal > Configurations > GDPR Management > GDPR Agreement Settings.
