Entities outside of business hours

This report contains a graph showing tickets created by requester outside business hours categorized by their type. X-axis of the graph displays the ticket types, like Request, Incident, Problem and y-axis displays number of tickets.

Time interval is selected in the date filer at the top of the page. Default selected date filter is Current month. Date filter is described in General features.

Mouse over a point displays a label containing count of tickets and respective ticket type (1).

All tickets filtered for the date interval are initially displayed in the list below the graph (3). The list provides a search box (5) and export to excel button (4).

Use Print button (2) to open the print utility. You can do required changes and make a print out of the report.
