Configurations > CMDB Management > CI Groups.
The table show all CI Groups existing in the database.
Just above the table is button Add CI Group and by clicking that you can create new CI Group. The opening form offers possibility of defining all group details, so you have to input CI Group name (required field), and Description.
To attach CI in group, choose Attach CI button in table cell. In opened form CIs can be searched by name or CI type. Selecting checkboxes choose all CIs you want to attach. After that click Save button, and preferred CIs will be attached in CI group. One CI can belong to one or more groups.
If you want to see list of all attached CI, click on View button in table cell.
This table will also be used for editing or deleting existing CI Groups.
It is important to mention that CI Group name is unique, so you cannot add more groups with the same name.
