In the User profile you find data on the user that is logged in at the moment. In left part general user data can be managed. Right part contains lists with Tickets where the user is requester, CIs, Contract and Call logs linked to the user and tasks that the user has created. You will also find a tab where personalized system settings can be made. This settings override system setting set up. User Profile can be opened by short cut Alt+F12.
