New advanced ticket search inserted. In this search you can add extra filter for Ticket type, Agent group, Requester organization and Category. You can also define if search shall be performed in open and or closed tickets and you can delimit search to tickets having tasks connected.
Other improvements, e g search containing åäöæø, delimit hits in html code, etc.
