My Tickets

Here you can view tickets you have previously created. As default open tickets are displayed, there is also a selection to list closed tickets. With this view you can track their tickets till its resolution. The tickets list shows the basic information. Click any ticket in the list to see its details page. Here you can also add comments to the ticket. If you have Power User permissions there is also a selection to list tickets reported by the user on behalf of someone else and show a list of tickets belonging to your organization.
