1.  Choose Entity

2.  Choose Form

3.  Name the template with a name that reflects the content.

Enter the wanted data and save

As Agent you use the template when you create new Tickets from the Add+ menu.

Note1! At the moment it is only possible to create tickets using Data templates in Agent Portal.

Note2! You can only apply template data when creating a new ticket, not on an already existing one.
