When upgrading Network Scanning module, both administration console and NNS Service must first be uninstalled. Uninstall is made control panels Add/Remove programs menu.
After uninstall is complete, the installation steps are the same as new installation, with one exception: In NNS service setup, click on Update instead of Install. Install will empty all existing data if chosen.
Database user must have permission to change tables!
After upgrading NNS service and console the PC agents, as they connect to the service, will be reinstalled automatically.
