This report shows work logs created in the time interval specified by the date filter. Time interval is selected in the date filter at the top of the page. Default selected date filter is Current month. Date filter is described in General features.
In this report you can view work logs for all Agents. In dropdown, containing all Agents, you can select an Agent. The report is then displaying data for one Agent at a time.
All work logs filtered for the date interval are initially displayed in the list below the graph. Clicking a row will open the ticket to which the work log belongs. The list provides a search box and an export button to export list to PDF or Excel. System searches for the keyword in following columns: Id and Name. Export is described in General User Interface.
In the line graph is the work logs divided in different Agent Rate Types, one line for each type. You can click a Rate Type below the graph to show or hide data related to this type (in the chart, this selection do not filter the list below). Work Logs that are missing Rate Type are displayed as type Empty.
A label stating the selected time interval is displayed below the Rate Types.
The graph contains data points according to the values plotted. Clicking any of the points filters the work log list to show only work logs for that point. Also when you mouse over that point, a small label is displayed showing total number of work logs for that point.
