This report shows number of tickets and work log entries created in the time interval specified by the date filter. Time interval is selected in the date filter at the top of the page. Default selected date filter is Current month. Date filter is described in General features.
In this report you can view number of tickets and work logs entries grouped by ticket Requester.
Above the graph there are two filters:
•Ticket type - dropdown containing all Ticket types, you can select preferred ticket type. The report is then displaying data for that selected ticket type at a time.
•Agent - dropdown containing all Agents existing in database, you can select preferred agent. The report is then displaying data for that selected agent at a time.
All work logs filtered with filters and for the date interval are initially displayed in the list below the graph. The list provides an export button to export list to PDF or Excel.
In the line graph is the tickets divided in different Ticket Types, one line for each type. You can click a Ticket Type below the graph to show or hide data related to this type (in the chart, this selection do not filter the list below). A label stating the selected time interval is displayed below the Ticket Types.
The graph contains data points according to the values plotted. Clicking any of the points filters the work log list to show only work logs for that point. Also when you mouse over that point, a small label is displayed showing total number of work logs for that point.
