Using User Type in NSP, you can assign different roles and for the roles define responsibility and access rights for the users. In this tab, there is a list of created User Types. The set of User Types is pre-defined, you cannot create new types. However, you can edit the properties for the User Types in this list:

Each item in the list includes Name of the User Type, Default Group and Actions.
Default Group is the group the user is automatically assigned to when it is created. An agent must be assigned to at least one Group but they can be member of more than one.
Actions button Edit opens a form where you can edit User Type properties.
