Entity Editor

NSP allows you to create and manage different types of entities. You are also able to set the various properties for the entity like data, form templates, view, entity stages and ticket types. You can import the entities of any type using entity editor.

The entity editor allows creation of base and derived entities with the possibility to inherit the common set of properties. For example, property fields of request entity like registered date, registered by, description, category, priority and documents can be common for the different types of the entities.

To access Entity Editor page, go to Configurations > Entity Management > Entity Editor.

Following figure shows the Entity page:

Entity Name column displays the name of the entity.

Show column contains () button (9) to make an entity visible. You need to click this button for the entities that should be visible under Add + button in the Agents portal. You can mark maximum 20 entities and only entities for which at least one form is created.
