The NSP user’s access permissions are based on which roles they are assigned. The Role Management form facilitates you to define and assign different roles and permissions to different users. When creating a role you select the role level as Admin level, Agent level or End User level which initiates the Role with different properties. After a role is created the Permission Matrix needs to be tweaked.
