In this version same Requester can be member of multiple Customer Accounts. Therefore when you create a new worklog you must select which account shall be charged (if more than one is available, if not the account is pre-selected).
Also on SSP, when making an order from Service Catalog, the Requester must select which account shall be charged (if requester is member of more than one Customer Account, if not the account is pre-selected). For this reason a new property is inserted for Customer Accounts; Display Name on SSP. This property defines which name shall be used for the account on Self Service Portal. The name can be the different from name used in Agent Portal.
