Export service order details

Within service order view, new option is implemented – possibility to export order details. Same option is also available in service order ticket description.

Relative parameters in views, reports and triggers

Function Condition builder which applies in report templates, ticket views, CI views and event triggers has been extended with possibility to set up date and time relative parameters as well as relative parameter logged user.

Configuration

Email configuration for Office 365

Configuration for Office365 and Exchange has been updated with new option – login via Oauth ( Microsoft Modern Login). All customers using Office/Exchange 365 in NSP must upgrade NSP ( minimum version 10.76.7500.1) and change their Email configuration before October 2020. For more information about the configuration, please consult a separate technical document part of the Release Zip package.

As of this date, NSP will no longer support POP3 and IMAP4 for Office/Exchange 365.
