An Access setting lets you create a role so when assigned to a user, he or she can create personal views for Tickets. As Admin you goto In Agent Portal> Configuration> Manage> Roles & Permissions> Create a new or edit an existing> Permissions and mark the following:
•Tab Entity Actions> Tickets > Create and edit only own Views
•Tab Configuration> Entity Management> Views
•Tab Special Permissions> Views> Create, Edit, (Delete) on every entity of interest.
Tip: Create a separate role that grants this functionality, and add to any user that needs it.
Note! The two new settings Tab Entity Actions> Tickets > Create and edit only own Views and …..>Create and edit all Views are per default both marked for all existing roles after the upgrade. If you want to create a setup according to the tip above you need to unmark these two settings for all roles that should not have access to the function.
