In Agent Portal> Configurations> Settings> Configurations > SSP Configurations> Create new or Edit existing> Tab Scope the administrator can decide for which Groups the configuration should be accessible for.
Note1! The Default Configuration is accessible to all groups and this cannot be changed.
Note2! If no group is chosen here it means that the Configuration is accessible for all groups. That in turn means that you have several Configurations but only one of them is singular exclusive to one group, you need to set access on all the other groups also.
