The main property data are dynamic and could be defined by the administrator. Therefor different fields could be part of main property.
•Parent: Parent ticket for which the task is created. This field displays reference number of a parent ticket. You can use Edit button to change the parent ticket. A popup showing list of tickets is opened. Select ticket by marking the radio button.
•Assignee: Name of the user or group to whom the task is assigned.
•Due Date: The date and time when the task is due. Task needs to be completed before this date.
•Approver: Name of the user who is the approver of the task. Task can be accepted or rejected by the selected user. If you select Approver as the same person as Assignee, or you don´t select Approver (None), the Approver function not has to be used. Then the task can be automatically approved and closed when it is Completed. To get this functionality a system setting is required, setting Complete stage to close the task. This setting is done in Edit Stages function.
•Task is mandatory for close of ticket: Used to define that the task must be completed before resolving the parent ticket. If the checkbox is marked then parent ticket cannot be closed until this task is completed.
All fields are editable. After you modified the values, click Submit as button and select appropriate Stage to save the changes.
