Name the template and add the sequence of tasks to be performed to solve the current concerned problem. You can define the dependencies between the tasks by setting up which task has to be completed before another. Time until completed is the total aggregate time from start of the first task in sequence. You can define task to be mandatory (has to be completed) to close the ticket. Do not forget to localize if system is using multiple languages.
