In Time Settings option you define Time Format.
The Time Settings tab contains:
•Time Format: You can set the time format. Select either 12 hour format or 24 hour time format.
This setting is also available in User Profile for the Agent. If the setting is saved in User Profile it will override this. This setting is used only as default, for users not having saved an individual setting.
Other time and date formats are defined automatically. Time zone is fetched from setting in operating system on the unit the application is running. Date format is defined by user´s selected language.
