CI Impact is a categorization of the impact level that certain CI have on organization.
The table shows all Impacts existing in database.
Just above the table is button Add Impact and by clicking that you can create new impact. The opening form offers possibility of defining impact Name (required field) and Description.
This table will also be used for editing or deleting existing Impacts.
It is important to mention that Impact name is unique, so you cannot add more impacts with the same name.
Note: Default Impacts cannot be edited or deleted.
Searching, sorting, filtering and paging functions are similar to other lists in CMDB, see section General User Interface.
The list of defaults Impacts is as following:

•Medium
•High
