CI Expense is a monetary cost for certain CI besides purchasing price. Any type of additional service, maintenance or repair that is not covered by SLA can be categorized as expense.
The table shows all Expense Types existing in database.
Just above the table is button Add Expense Type and by clicking that you can create new expense type. The opened form offers possibility of defining expense Name (required field) and Description.
This table will also be used for editing or deleting existing Expense Types.
Expense name is unique, so you cannot add more expense types with the same name.
Searching, sorting, filtering and paging functions are similar to other lists in CMDB, see section General User Interface.
