Notifications

NSP informs users in various events using Email Notifications. Notification for Tickets and Tasks can be created and managed. Notifications inform users when any event occurs, e g new ticket created, ticket assigned, ticket reopened, status change of ticket, etc.

Other notifications (for CI, Leased CI, Contracts or KB Articles) can be divided in two basic types: event-based and scheduled. Event based notifications are sent when certain event that happened in the system triggers the notification. In scheduled notifications you define when the notification should be sent relative a date/time property on the entity.
