General GDPR Settings

In AP > Configurations > GDPR Management > General GDPR settings > Selfservice portal > Description for Account Level Actions and in tab ….> Agent Portal > GDPR, you find text that is shown in the GUI in different places. For the End Users on the page SSP > User button > Personal data protection > General and for the GDPR-handler on AP > GDPR > Account Level Actions. The system come preset with default texts and these can be altered as see fit.

In the tab Selfservice portal there is also a possibility set the system to show a customized message also when the End users clicks on fields that not are marked as personal.
